Who we need

PostBeyond has a newly identified gap for a product leader. This is an opportunity to take on the responsibility of designing and driving the product roadmap and go to market approach while working closely with Development, Sales and Customer Success.

This is a role for a Product Marketing Manager who wants to build internal and external relationships to inform and influence the work we do while directly impacting the problems we solve and the solutions we sell. PostBeyond is growing. This is a Product Marketing Manager role that is both deep and broad. Beyond this, the next step is for you to lead a cross-functional team while increasing your impact on the overall company strategy and direction. This role can grow as much as you want it to as it is the key to our success.

Our new Product Marketing Manager will:

  • Influence innovation. You will research and analyze market conditions, identify competitor and consumer trends and draft a plan for product enhancement.
  • Build product roadmap and strategy. You will determine product requirements and define the long-term strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive the direction of our product team. You will access product use cases and market requirements to drive product activity, communicating across functional teams.
  • Collaborate. You will work closely with the customer support team to understand what customers want and how that impacts the development teams priorities and how to position the product in marketing for sales
  • Design and implement product marketing. You will work with Sales and Marketing to define and implement an integrated marketing strategy that increases awareness, drives demand and promotes the product.
  • Develop and execute a training and support tools. You will create sales tools and sales training materials to onboard and orient the team to the new product.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback. You will communicate with and balance the expectations and influence of stakeholders to ensure it is in line with our strategic roadmap.

Our new Product Marketing Manager has:

  • The education. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous.
  • The experience. 5+ years in product management with strengths in strategy, building internal and external relationships, product marketing, quantitative analysis and business analysis.
  • The technical aptitude.  B2B and SaaS experience. Ability to grasp the nature and benefits of PostBeyond’s platform and how to bring these to market effectively.
  • The language of influence.  You have exceptional written and verbal communication skill and a strong ability to present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways.
  • The project management skills. Excellent project oversight, planning and organizational skills. You are detail oriented, and you work well under pressure.
