Who we’re looking for: As a key member of the sales team, the Account Development Representative will be responsible for generating pipeline and qualifying leads for the sales team. As a charming person, you will take initiative to introduce the PostBeyond brand to the world, and make people fall in love with us. A strong communicator and a growth marketer, you will be responsible for challenging the way prospects think about their current business, and instilling a sense of urgency that PostBeyond can solve.

The Routine

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. educating contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, social selling, etc.)
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives and mobilizers in prospect accounts
  • Evangelize PostBeyond, educate the market, and challenge prospects any chance you get
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

What You’ve Done To Date

  • University or College degree in Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Creative thinker who is process driven
  • Excels in fast-paced environments – you’re a self-motivated fast learner
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and constructive way with teams across the company
  • Capable of expressing thought leadership within the team
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Doesn’t take self too seriously – ability to have fun (very important!)
  • CRM experience
  • Enterprise prospecting experience
